What is Isca all about?
Isca was founded in 2019 by Caroline Dubois and Isobel Jenkins in response to a desire to help fix our broken food system and bring natural wine to a wider audience. We always want to share and highlight the work done by the growers, producers and farmers that we work with and share their journey and stories.
We created our Substack in order to share our knowledge, recipes and recommendations with you. We are often asked for our recipes, ideas and thoughts on food and wine and decided to bring that all together here on Substack. Join us to hear about our life running our small business, the challenges that creates but also the joy in the day to day of doing and sharing with others what you love.
With more than 20 years of experience between us we have a wide knowledge of all things food and wine and look forward to sharing that with this community and making relationships with others to help us grow.
What are we writing about?
To begin with we are offering monthly recipes to our free subscribers, if you would consider supporting our work and upgrading to paid you will get access to our recipe archives and wine recommendations. Over the months we hope to create an online resource you can use to create a bit of Isca at home.
